How It Works

Navigating the complex world of real estate transactions, can leave your head spinning. Finding the right agent is hard… Especially when most of the time the agent will always tell you what you want to hear just to get the listing. We are honest with our approach which can ensure the process goes smoothly.

Give us a call, or fill out the online form with information on the property

Initiate the process by reaching out to us. You can either give us a call, email us, or conveniently fill out our online form, providing key details about your property. This step ensures a smooth start to the selling journey.

We’ll schedule a walkthrough at your location

Once we receive your initial contact, we're committed to understanding your property thoroughly. If your property fits our criteria, we’ll schedule a walkthrough at your location, allowing us to assess the condition, surroundings, and unique features.

We’ll determine the value of your property and give our offer price within 48 hours

After the walkthrough, our team will diligently evaluate the value of your property. Within 48 hours, you'll receive an offer. We respect your time and aim to provide a quick, yet comprehensive assessment.

If you accept the offer, we will schedule final inspections of the property

Upon accepting our offer, we move forward with the process. Final inspections are scheduled to ensure that all aspects align with the discussed terms. This step is crucial for both parties to finalize the deal with confidence.

If everything checks out we will complete the sale and schedule a time to close at your convenience

Once all necessary inspections have been successfully conducted, the agreement will be sent to the title company. The title company will then reach out to you to coordinate and schedule a closing time that suits your convenience. During the closing appointment, the paperwork is signed, and you receive the agreed-upon amount—this entire process is streamlined. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient transition from agreement to sale.

NOTE: Timelines may vary based on the unique characteristics of the property and the specific situation.
